GOES GOLD FOR DANISH RECORDING ARTIST

Country Rockers Jesse and Noah’s First Single #2 in Spain

AUSTIN, Texas — The uplifting “You’re the World,” which was co-written by Jesse Bellamy, half of the country-rock brothers duo Jesse and Noah, and their father, David Bellamy, has gone gold for Danish artist Wenche.

The song is the fourth track on Jesse and Noah’s NOWHERE REVISITED (Smith Entertainment, April 24) and is featured on The Bellamy Brothers’ just-released gospel album, JESUS IS COMING.

The version of the duet of “You’re The World,” sung by Wenche and The Bellamy Brothers, went gold earlier this month in the singer’s homeland of Denmark.

Meanwhile, Jesse and Noah are touring with The Bellamy Brothers behind NOWHERE REVISITED and the climb of its first two singles on music charts around the world. The album’s first single, “Daddy’s Got a Shotgun,” is currently #2 in Spain on the European CMA Chart. Its latest single, “Wild and Willin’,” has climbed to #18 on The Texas Music Chart.
