Raises Funds for Arthritis Foundation

Texas) ÷ Country recording artist Cory Morrow, host of the
popular music series ăMorrow Mondays,ä presents a special
day of music and fundraising on Sunday, June 12, at Hillâs
Caf in Austin. The nine hours of music showcases the best
of new and upcoming Texas country bands while raising money
for the Arthritis Foundation.
Doors open at noon on Sunday, June 12, at Hillâs Caf, 4700
S. Congress Ave. in Austin. The outdoor concert space behind
the restaurant is the home of the 6-year old ăMorrow
Mondaysä series held each June. Day-of-show tickets are $25
at the door.
ăIn the spirit of ÎMorrow Mondays,â I want to bring together
some of the best of Texas country music while raising
awareness and funds for the Arthritis Foundation to further
its research and outreach,ä says Morrow, who will host the
event for the second year in honor of his mother, who
suffers from arthritis.
A mix of
acoustic and electric sets are confirmed for the day, along
with some special surprise guests.

Organizers hope to raise for the Arthritis Foundation from
$30,000 to $40,000 from tickets sales, the silent auction
and donations. More than 2,000 music lovers are expected to
drop by throughout the day.
